From the analysis, starting points for alterations of habits and inefficient processes are revealed. It is vital to identify essential influential variables: Which parameter is important, which is unimportant? Where are the necessary changes easily reachable? Where do changes cost much money or time?

Besides the processes and tools, the survey is also extended to include the employees. Who needs coaching? Who’s potential can be utilised better? Where could structures be tightened?

I assume, that every employee principally contributes to the company’s success – and also can do this, providing the surrounding conditions and the employees are assigned according to their skills and qualifications.

If the focal points are clearly worded, actions can be developed relatively easily in order to improve the situation.
