the interest lays not only in the products, but in particular towards the employees – they sustain the company and are crucial for the success or the failure of projects.

Do clear standards, operating cycles and guidelines exist? Are processes transparent for all involved? Can work be identified by the team and each individual? Are the processes in which each person is integrated considered to be “fluent” and targeted or halting and troublesome?

Often procedures and | or positions have revealed over the years and hinder the company’s changes and its ongoing development.

An unobstructed view upon these points is always the first step for me.
